Customer Services Administrator

Based in East Tamaki, our client produces high quality  interior blinds and imports a range of exclusive louvre shutters. The company is going from strength to strength and they are currently looking for a full-time experienced customer services administrator to join their friendly professional team.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ordering processes and workflow for our exclusive imported shutters and our honeycomb blinds. This is a busy and varied role, involving:

  • Entering client orders 
  • Checking order forms and technical drawings (training provided)
  • Handling phone queries and providing order status updates to clients
  • Liaising with the Technical and Sales team
  • Attending supplier training sessions 
  • Assisting with the container goods schedule 
  • Liaising with our overseas shutter factory
  • Updating the client data base
  • Invoicing
Our Ideal Candidate:

Ideally you will have experience with interior shutters.  You will be an skilled customer service administrator, with strong attention to detail, who enjoys working in a fast paced role.  To be successful in this role you will be

  • highly organised - be able to follow an ordering process from start to finish 
  • Enjoy learning new systems and products
  • Able to retain detailed information
  • Familiarity with Asana and SAP B1 software advantageous (training will be given)
  • a working understanding of interior blinds and shutters

Venetian & Roller Blind Assembly Person

Aspect Blinds and Shutters is one of New Zealand’s leading manufacturers. We are growing fast and have just added an afternoon shift to keep up with production. Our Manufacturing plant is clean and modern. We are looking for Production workers for our afternoon shift (3pm- 11.30pm) to assemble venetian, roller and vertical blinds.

If you have previous experience in assembling blinds, or other assembly work, and are wanting regular afternoon hours plus overtime and shift allowance, we want to hear from you.

We want to build a great afternoon shift so if you can say yes to the following key requirements, apply today!

  • Previous assembly work (venetian, vertical, roller blinds would be great!)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills for assembly
